Configuration error?

Hi there,

I tried to install the Neve Option (original). However, when it reached ‘Importing Content’ , it stuck and returned an error message saying that ‘there is a configuration issue with your server that’s causing the import to fail.

I read somewhere else that I should update my PHP to at least v7 which I did but I still have the same problem. Please advise what I should do next.
