Hi, I’m trying to create a page where sales reps can select what they have sold using the appropriate selector with a caldera form. Through gamification I would like to assign a score to every single item (landline, mobile, TV, etc.) which I will then check via the dashboard and with the relative ranking of employees in real time. Unfortunately I can’t get caldera forms to talk to gamipress despite having installed the dedicated plugin. Why? What am I doing wrong?

Hi @kenzodailright

What I see is you have typed the same value on the field name and field value. ??

May you have to type the field’s name “Offerte Mobile” on the field name on the GamiPress award, and it will work ?? for that value. If you would like t by value, then you can make the same changing the field value.

Sorry, I didn’t specify that I’m using caldera forms as a form builder. Despite having followed your suggestions, nothing happens: I receive an email with the selection made by the user but in the dashboard with all the reports the points are still zero, the same in the user area that runs the form.

Yeah, you actually are writing this doubt on caldera forms / gamipress integration forum… ?? so I suppose you are using caldera forms ??

For example on this caldera form:

The field name is: Example Caldera forms, however, you will need to try with field id which is fld_5083206 (sorry again, I tested it with this and it works).

And a value name is: select 2 (be careful with the “show values” checkbox, it must be checked to view the real values
