config.php calls wp-load.php which on multisite networks redeclares $path

this makes the “proxy” script method stop working on multisite site-wide activations

https://github.com/braekling/WP-Matomo/pull/98 fixes this problem

Please review and incorporate the fix from github, this is a major blocker for multisites relying on proxy.php
