Config.json unable to import settings

    Hi, when trying to import with the preset settings using config.json it just doesn’t work no matter what I do, I tried to upload both .csv and .json separately or as a single .zip, but it doesn’t do anything.

    Please tell me how to import this config.json file so it actually works. I found a similar thread here, but it doesn’t help at all…

    Hi,

    Thank you for getting in touch.

    When you export, the data is packaged into a zip file. Just upload that zip during the import process, and it will automatically configure everything for you.

    If I try to import the exact Zip file as it is, it works fine. But when I make some changes to the .csv file inside it and then try to import it, it does not work.

    Even if I just unzip the file and compress it again without changing the .csv file contents, it does not import the settings.
