config – cdn/Generic Mirror

As you can see the General settings>CDN one of the options is the generic mirror. That means that W3 Total Cache supports that CDN.
Are those images uploaded to CDN? Make sure the path for images is correct.

I can not say anything about this tutorial. for this you need to contact the creator.
When you inspect the element, what is the url of the photos on the page? Have you checked the path if its correct?

when I activated Generic Mirror and added my sub domain
