Confernece Lite Menu doesn't function properly on mobile

  • Can anyone help me determine why the Navigation menu does not properly respond to mobile devices? Particularly Iphone and Ipad.

    The menu is supposed to compress as it adapts to a pad or phone, and disappear to form a circle with the a menu link inside, from which clicking reveals all submenu items.
    I’ve seen it do so before but now it doesn’t work at all.
