Conditions to show Theme Template is blank

    When I go to Theme Builder > Header > Edit Conditions, all the previously set conditions are now blank.

    When I select it again and hit save. It is still blank. I also deactivated all plugins except Elementor and Elementor Pro and it still won’t work. I also installed a standard 2023 theme.
