    I am a pro user. Waiting for an answer is taking too long and the answers I get are worthless.

    I am a little angry at the moment. So please do not thank me and do not reply to this message.

    Make me happy again and just fix and update the Pro version.

    We’re sorry your experience didn’t match your expectations. We’ll do better to help customers reaching this point in the coming updates. Currently, we are working on the plugin improvements by refactoring its new interface so that users easily use it.
    Please send us the ticket ID that you sent to our Support Platform. We will review it and read the issue description for opening the task for the development team.

    After my experience, the support is very bad. Waiting for an answer for 4 to 5 days, with no results.

    Fast support is the most important thing there is. Because we paid for this as a pro user. The faster you reply, the better the experience for your customers.

    The great thing is:

    I had asked for a refund. It is approved within 2 days.

    The ticket is still marked as open. (not solved)

    The upside-down world we live in.
