conditions settings?

I asked this question a while back but haven’t heard back. Will try again as I’m interested to know the answer. I’m also interested in how responsive the author of this plugin is when it comes to questions and support. Here’s my question:

Does this plugin have the ability to assign republish conditions. I’m looking for the ability to republish the oldest podcast post as new only on the condition that a new podcast post was not posted by a specific date/time.

For example: New shows/posts release at 12:05AM Monday mornings. If a new podcast was not available at that time, the oldest podcast would be posted automatically instead. Whenever a new post is scheduled for the next Monday, auto-republish would not kick in.
