Conditions not working properly

  • Hi!

    If I set the rule, shipping country is COUNTRY#1 (not important what country), it is works if I select that counry. BUT if I add one more rule -> country shipping IS NOT COUNTRY#1, i don’t have payment methoods if I select other country in order page… can you help for me please?

    I use newest wordpress and woocommerce.
