    Hi,

    I have set the conditions to “Pages: Selected” and selected a single page.

    The popup is still showing on other pages though?

    Also, I’m using an image for the whole popup and set a custom size for the box. The popup is showing up a lot bigger so there is lots of whitespace around it, not sure why?

    Thanks,
    J

    Sorry to hear you’re having an issue, I’m sure we can get this resolved.

    First, please provide a link and what has to be done to trigger the popup. Also, what is the page that the popup is only supposed to be on?

    Thank you for your patience.

    Hi Walter,

    I have set the trigger to Auto Open after 1 second.

    You can see the page I’ve set this on here https://goo.gl/sH9rdu

    Note, I’ve currently turned the trigger off as I don’t want to be annoying people ??

    Cheers,
    Jamie

    As of right now, there aren’t any of our popups being loaded on any of your pages. Are you sure you didn’t delete the popup altogether?

    If you could create a test popup on the page you linked with just a regular Click Open Trigger, then I can use my debugging tools to manually trigger the popup on my end. Also, please provide the Popup ID # (found on the All Popups page in the WP Admin).

    From there, I can investigate the issue further to see what is actually going on.

    Hey Walter,

    I haven’t deleted the popup but I have deleted the auto open trigger as I can’t have it opening on every page.

    The Popup ID / CSS class is popmake-1236

    I have added the click trigger and put a test link on this page https://goo.gl/pcZLaZ but it is not triggering the popup at all.

    Let me know how you get on.

    Thanks

    @jamiek47

    There are still no popups loading on your page – do you have any Conditions set?

    If not, I’ll have to have our Lead Dev @danieliser take a look as soon as he is available.

    Ahhh, I think I figured it out. I clicked the red exclamation mark next to the condition and it seems to be working now for both the click and auto open ??

    Not sure what it did though :/

    @jamiek47

    Ahh, that makes sense – the red (!) means NOT. So if you had a Condition of (!) Homepage, then that popup will not load on the Homepage, but it will load on every other page. If you tried to trigger the popup on the Homepage, it won’t work because the popup was never loaded to begin with. Conditions mean the popup is or is not (!) available to be triggered.

    Glad we got it figured out! Let us know if you have any other questions or issues, and we’ll be happy to assist you (in a new ticket that is, marking this one resolved).
