Conditions are not working

    Conditions are not working. I disabled it for a category and it keeps appearing in the disabled category.

    My theme: Flatsome

    “I disabled it for a category and it keeps appearing in the disabled category” – most likely you have cache plugin installed and page is cached. Did you try to purge the cache already?

    I disabled the only cache plugin I had, light speed. The tag continues to appear in the category I disabled

    Hello @danielaalineri,

    We checked this issue on our test environment and seems all works correct.
    Please try to disable other plugins and change theme to WordPress default.
    Or you can try to create some staging site with same products, but without other plugins.
