Conditionnal field doesn’t work

Hello,

I have a first Select field with several events, I created a second select which is only displayed when the “Journée de l’Arc Alpin” event is selected, and a file upload field must be Display, the file upload I added should only be displayed if the “Journée de l’Arc Alpin” event is selected, except for the moment it is all displayed.

Can you help me, please ?
