Conditional Tags Not Being Added

  • We have various Infusionsoft feeds set up with entry tags and conditional entry tags, however, even when the logic matches and should add these conditional tags, none of them are ever added.

    Please look into this.

    Please respond or we will have to find a different solution and stop using this plugin because it is not functioning properly in this regard.

    I am having the same problem with conditional tags. Did you find a different solution to the problem?

    Yes, we stopped using this plugin and started using Zapier.

    I’m afraid this plugin may be abandoned at this point.

    Thanks for the response. I actually found another thread relating to conditional tags that helped me sort my problem, but I am concerned that we are going to hit other issues. Does Zapier do everything that this plug in did and would you recommend it?

    Zapier has accomplished everything we were using the plugin for and actually does quite a bit more as well. I would definitely recommend it.
