conditional tags for widget logic

I’ve got the widget logic plugin installed. It requires that you use conditional tags. I’m having a hard tiime defining one of them.

Under my reading preferences I set a static home page and designated a different page for my posting page (my blog). I have a widget that I only want to appear on my blog pages, and I can’t seem to come up with one. I tried the conditional tag for that page (the one I designated posts to) but it didn’t work.

any ideas?
