Conditional Tags

Am I being a bit thick here? I’m trying to use this plugin to show an image on a post template only when it was a particular tag but I can’t work out how to do it. Any ideas what I’m missing? There’s a conditional tags option but that only seems to enable to say show if the page has tags, not specify which tag.

Any help greatly appreciated!
