Conditional tag for comments on subpages

Hello,

I would like to use the conditional tag for a particular thing.
There it is:

I have a section “Reviews” and many subpages under it. The thing is I would like a special comment form (not comments.php but for example comments2.php – different style of comments than the usual one) appear on each of them.

Is it possible to determine?

That’s how it looks:

– Reviews – no comments or comments.php/comments3.php
—— Movie 1 – comments2.php
—— Movie 2 – comments2.php
—— Movie 3 – comments2.php
etc.

I already know how to determine comments appear only on pages which have function “Allow comments” on. I would like to determine which php file of comments appear on them, like comments.php, comments2.php, comments3.php etc.
