Conditional shortcode not working

Hi! I’m trying to apply the conditional shortcode in a widget (built with Elementor). I tried placing a shortcode before the widget ([trp_language language=”en_US”]) and another one after ([/trp_language]) but it just doesn’t work. The [/trp_language] shortcode is read as text.

Is there any other way to do what I need, which is display one widget if the page is in English, and another if it is in Portuguese?
