Conditional Shipping and Payments cannot hide shipping method on checkout

Hi Support,

I found that your plugin Conditional Shipping and Payments (1.14.2) cannot hide the shipping method on the checkout page, customers can still select the shipping method.
it just restricted the shipping method (show the restriction notice when customers click “lace Order”)

for the Payment method restriction, it can hide the payment method that has been restricted.

is it any code I can add to make it works?
