Conditional services

I need to set limits to services available depending on product in cart. For instance, product category “A”, all services options available. Product category “B”, only Priority Overnight” available. Product category “C” only “Ground” available. If not by Product Category, then by Shipping Class okay. Is that built in? Can that ability be added?
