Conditional Select Fields

HI
I’m pretty sure I have the conditional setting correct – but I cannot get them to work correctly.

I ask a question like how many members are there? Its a select field 1-10

If they select 1, I want another field to open member 1 name
if they select 2, I want another two fields to open up,member 1 name – member 2 name
etc etc

sometimes additional fields open, sometimes not, sometimes the wrong field opens and so on.

wondering if there is a issue with the conditioning…?
