Conditional redirect based on radio buttons

Hi,
I am looking for a way to customize a CF7 form. The last part of the form will have radio buttons where the user can choose which of the 5 files they would like to download. Each downloadable file will be located on a separate page.
So I need to configure the redirection plugin to redirect the user to a page based on their response to a radio button question.

Any help or tutorials available?
