Conditional Product Variations?

I’ve been reading the documentation and playing around with WooCommerce, but I can’t seem to find an answer to my question.
What I’m looking for is some conditional logic on product variations. For example, lets say I want to purchase a hoodie.
The options available to me might be colour, size and gender. WooCommerce will let me choose any colour, with any size which is great.However, what if the only blue hoodie I sell comes a ladies small and not because of stock issues. WooCommerce would still show the gender box on the blue hoodie.
Another scenario could be that my red hoodie is a one size fits all, and in this situation. When the red selection is chosen, the gender box should be disabled or hidden.
Does this functionality exist, as I am struggling to find it, and creating lots of different products which are all the same seems like a bit of a daft thing to do.
