Conditional menus stopped working

I was advised to disable all plugins to help with a site issue, which I did and the issue was resolved. When I reactivated Conditional menus, all my settings had disappeared. Conditional menus had also stopped working – although it appeared to be there once again, none of the changes I made using it saved and there was no Conditional menu option under the drop down for each menu item. I then deleted and reactivated it hoping this would help but no, same thing. Please help as it was all working perfectly just over a week ago!
