Conditional Menus not Working on Latest Version of WordPress

Hi, on the latest version of WordPress, as of 16 October 2022, conditional menus is not creating the manage locations tab within menus so this is not working.

Please could you advise as to whether this plugin is now not maintained and remove it if so.
