Conditional Logic Opt-in?

Hello, I’d like to allow a checkbox that allows people to conditionally add themselves to a list. MailChimp+GravityForms allows this.

If “yes” is checked, then submit to ActiveCampaign. If no, then no submit to ActiveCampaign.
