Conditional logic on profile page

Hi,

I’m having an issue applying more than one conditional rule to an item on the profile page.

My example is:

User has to choose a Organisation type, A,B,C or D.

I have conditional logic set on another field, Organisation Name that has two rules:

hide if Organisation Type equals to A
hide if Organisation Type equals to D

It only seems to be evaluating the last rule.

If I set Organisation type to D, the Organisation Name field disappears whereas if I set the Organisation type to A the Organisation Name appears.

The reverse is also true, if I set the lines as

hide if Organisation Type equals to D
hide if Organisation Type equals to A

reversing the order setting Organisation type to A hides the Organisation Name field whereas setting the Organisation type to D doesn’t hide the Organisation Name.

I’ve tried recreating the form and adding the fields again from scratch to no avail.

The strange thing is, the logic works fine on the registration page with the same rules.
