    Hi Fabian,
We have two forms, one is for creating blog post and second is for updating blog post with additional custom fields via ACF.

Is it possible to have conditional logic on email notification? For example, on the second form, there is a checkbox that will be the trigger for email notification. If that checkbox is not checked, email notification will not be sent. So this means that the author can keep updating the blog post content and its custom fields and no email notification triggered unless that checkbox is checked.

This conditional logic on notification will be similar to other forms like in gravity forms, fluent forms, etc. Hopefully this makes sense and is on the roadmap, if not already available, perhaps via hooks/filters?

Looking forward to your reply. Thank you.

    Hi Phil,
Sorry if I write your name not correct last time, that was based on your email. I found out that your name might be Phil from the site hookturn.io.

I also noticed that the email content in admin dashboard does not work. It does not output anything, but the hook af/form/email/content does output. I think this should be a bug. We have purchased the pro version and played around quite a bit.

And referring to my initial message, do you have any notification hook that we can use to add conditional logic to the form, so if it does not meet the configured conditional logic, then no email notification gets sent out. We plan to use the ACF field itself to do this conditional logic, specifically the true/false selection field.

If you could provide your input on this, that would be awesome, thank you.

    Hi!

I’m Fabian actually, I’m the one who answers questions on this forum. ??

I have to close this ticket as I can’t offer support to Pro users on this forum. You have already done so but I wanted to give a reason before marking it as closed. Thank you!
