Conditional Logic Dropdown menu not working

I have set up a basic form with a dropdown menu (5 items) and some textboxs.
I am trying to implement this rule:
- RULE 1: if option 1 is selected from the dropdown menu, then disable fields A, B, C;
- RULE 2: if option 2 is selected from the dropdown menu, then disable only field B;
- RULE 3: if option 3 is selected from the dropdown menu, then disable fields only A, C
The problem is that when i try to create the rule for option 2 the fields A,B,C are grayed out and i cannot create the RULE 2.
Am I doing something wrong? Why would the fields A,B,C be grayed out when trying to add a second rule?
