Conditional Logic Not Working

    I am having two different issues with Conditional Logic:

    1. The conditional logic itself is not working. I have fields that are hidden until certain conditions are met, but those conditions are not triggering the fields.

    2. Hidden fields that are required are now requiring an answer before the form can be submitted. Previously they only required an answer if they were triggered by conditional logic.

    No, I am using the settings/fields the plugin adds to WooCommerce product editor.

    Sorry, but your page doesn’t look like a standard WooCommerce product page, what is the different in this?

    I am using the Hello Elementor theme to style it. Since I am not selling physical products I don’t need the typical layout. It’s the same parts of a standard WooCommerce product page–just rearranged.

    I have deactivated my caching and similar plugins that might cause interference (although this made no difference for me in my testing).

    Other plugins I am using that might affect my WooCommerce store include the Hello Elementor theme and StoreCustomizer by Kaira.

    because you are not using the proper WooCommerce product page template, it is a regular page template built with Elementor. So you need to add a custom meta key in this product with key product_id and its value 926. Because the product attached on this product has id 926.

    I’m not sure I understand. If I inspect the code I can see that the product ID #926 is present. Everything related to the product itself is working fine–the product information is being pulled correctly from WooCommerce and the fields specific to this product are being pulled from PPOM.

    My problem is that some of the fields from PPOM have been set to use conditional logic and the logic is not being honored. For example, if someone marks they have a State Food Service License Number or an Exemption Number, this should trigger another field where they can enter this information. If they mark that they need electricity, this should trigger another field where they can enter the number and types of outlets needed. Right now, that is not happening.

    Yes, I have seen your issue and I proposed the solution. Actually, the scripts are not being loaded because it is a regular page, not the WooCommerce product page. So you have to follow the above instructions.
