Conditional Logic not Working

We have a multi-page form and conditional logic to skip pages when needed. In this form, on the second step, if the person clicks no to the question if they need another prescription, the next three pages should be skipped, but they are not.

It does work correctly when HIPAA Forms is deactivated.

I sent in the form download to Gravity Forms requesting help and it’s working fine on their end with HIPAA Forms so they said to contact you.
