Conditional Logic Issues

Hello,
I am still struggling with this, ive been trying to hide a radio group when checkbox is checked but it doesn’t work. I am also trying to reveal another group when a checkbox is checked but that doesn’t seem to work either. I don’t know how to have a field hidden by default unless the checkbox is checked.
