Conditional Logic for Repeater fields

I love this product. Being able to conditionally show/hide fields on a form is wonderful. But, I cannot figure out how to conditionally show/hide fields within a repeater.

The mechanism that allows you to select fields and values from those fields (e.g. matching one of the available choices in a multi-choice field) don’t seem to be available when dealing with the sub-fields of a repeating field.

How do I accomplish conditional logic within a repeating field?

I can start with a “simple” (non-repeating) set of fields, with conditions defined for when to show or hide them. But if I then create a repeating group and “drag” those pre-existing fields into the repeating group, the conditional logic no longer functions.
