Conditional Logic For Preferred Contact Method

  • Hi,

    I am using a very basic conditional logic in my form for preferred contact method (option to choose “phone” or “email”)
    if preferred contact method is “phone” display “phone field”
    if preferred contact method is “email” display “email field”

    PROBLEM – if I select phone and enter phone, submit form… an error displays:
    Email is required
    Email is invalid

    The form works fine if I select email as the contact method… I can’t figure out why this is happening.

    Any help will be much appreciated.
