    Hi,

I’d like to send the notification to a different email address depending on a value chosen from a drop-down list. The guide that meets my needs is very well documented: https://wpforms.com/docs/how-to-create-conditional-form-notifications-in-wpforms/

The article seems to say that WPForms only needs to be installed (no need for a paid licence). However, when I get to the last step to activate conditional logic, I don’t see this option:

    Here’s what I see:

I get the impression that you need a Pro licence to use this feature. A $199.50/year licence would be too expensive just to have this feature. Can you tell me if it’s possible to do this with the basic version as the documentation seems to indicate?

    Thanks a lot!

    Hi @emielb,

    Thanks for reaching out!

The conditional logic feature is available with the Basic license level or higher, as you can see on our Pricing page (screenshot).

As that is part of the paid version of WPForms, for more details please drop us a line through our contact page.

You’re welcome to just include a link to this post, if you’d prefer to do that.

I apologize that we’re not able to respond to paid version questions here in the www.remarpro.com support forums for the free version, but I really appreciate your help!

    Thanks ??

No problem, thanks for your reply. The “Upgrade to Pro” button confused me and I thought I would need at least this licence. I’ll have a look at the basic version.

I think it would be clearer if you updated the documentation (this section) to say that all field types require at least a Basic licence (I assume this was different when the documentation was written).

    Thanks.
