Conditional how? You can build forms with conditional logic that include / exclude products / options and calculate prices, and this plugin can handle the results.
If you mean conditionally handle a form, similar to how the PayPal feeds do, then no; that will come in a future version (possibly only the non-free version, have not decided yet). I’ll be rewriting to use the Gravity Forms Add-on Framework which makes that sort of conditional logic easy. That’s not going to happen for a good 2 or 3 month yet though.
