Hi! I searched through the forum, but didn’t find exactly this problem, so I think it’s OK to create a new topic.

I’m using the [trp_language] shortcode on a dual-language site, but the problem is that the selected content turns hidden on both languages. I add [trp_language language=”hu_HU”]Hungarian text only[/trp_language] to the page and it hides the hungarian text on the english version, but does this on the hungarian too. As a test I tried this on other pages, and the result is the same.

How can I check what went wrong?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi,

I’ve just tried to replicate this but seems everything is working just fine.
But what I noticed is that the shortcode is not working properly on the sample-page (the WP default one, when you install the WP ecosystem)

However, if the problem still persists, I suggest opening a ticket on our website because we will need to investigate this in detail.

Thanks for the reply, but I must finalized the site so bypassed the problem with creating parallel content for every element, therefore I don’t need to skip paragraphs anymore.

Originally there were paragraphs that don’t need translation, so I would liked to hide it with the shortcode. Because it didn’t work I created content for every paragraphs, so I don’t need to skip any of them anymore. It is not a solution, just a workaround.

I’m still interested why doesn’t it work on my site, but I have no more time to search the real solution.
