conditional formatting form

Hi! I need to make a form for an educational institute. They offer courses on different locations, on different dates. Now I would like to make a form that gives the opportunity to build this in.
So if I choose “location A” in the form, the next choice should only display the dates that belong to location A, for location B the same and so on…

Does anyone know if there is a plug-in that can do that?
