Conditional for Customizer Image Upload

This conditional escapes (pardon the pun) me because I did this once a very long time ago but forgot. I have an image upload control in the customizer which adds an image into the footer area of the footer template file. But what I am hoping someone knows is what is the conditional to only load the div container with the image if an image is uploaded using the control/setting?

Basically it’s this….”if image is uploaded, then load the container and the image here”.

This won’t be an if/else statement, but merely an “if” “endif”.
