I’ve added fields conditional visibility by products/categories/tags options to the plugin. Please download the development version at https://booster.io/dev/. As usual, settings are in “WooCommerce > Settings > Booster > Cart & Checkout > Checkout Files Upload”. Please check it out and let me know what you think…
