Conditional fields stopped working after 1 year

    Hello,

    I’ve been using Conditional Fields for 1 year now and it has worked perfectly. However, recently (maybe due to WordPress updates?) I noticed conditional fields has stopped working even though I did not make any changes to the contact form. What is the problem and can it be fixed?

    I think updating the plugin was the mistake. I fixed it by reverting the plugin to one of the previous versions when my forms still worked using WP Rollback, a different plugin.
