Conditional Fields show/hide cannot be removed

Hello,

I am working on diveclub website. and I am using plugin v2.1.21

On the register formular, I have added some conditional fields for some fields.
THe goal is that users first have to check the box “accept inner rules of the club”, then they can continue to fill in data relative to the club activity.
But finaly, I feel this is not great, so I decided to remove these conditional rules.

and I can’t… no way to remove them ;
by click on the X on the right side of the conditional fields then ‘update’
by click on the button ‘reinitialize rules’ then ‘update’
and ‘update formular’

… no way remove them.
