Conditional fields not showing

I’ve just added some conditional fields which should be displayed depending on the option selected from a dropdown, but nothing happens when I try to select different options – no conditional fields are displayed

Can you please check and let me know why this is not working correctly? I tried disabling all non-essential plugins, but it didn’t help
