Conditional fields error

Hello, I am using the free version of the plugin. I am trying to create a parent field called “Couriers” with type select which has 3 options. According to the choice the customer makes I want one of the additional 3 fields to appear in order for them to choose a pick up location. I can’t seem to get it to work though. The parent category shows up fine but when a choice is made nothing else appears. Please help. Thank you!
