Conditional Fields

Can the WPPayForm plugin handle conditional fields? If so, please direct me to the documentation for this. If not, has anyone had success with hiding a field if another field is populated with certain criteria (it is drop-down I wish to hide)?

If the user selects “other amount” from the drop-down, I’d like the blank field to appear; otherwise I’d like to force choosing amounts only from the drop-down.
