Conditional field not working

In the checkout page, i have configured 1 additional field as the parent field, so if the client selects “Yes” , 2 additional fields are displayed.I did exactly as in https://www.visser.com.au/documentation/woocommerce-checkout-manager/usage/#adding-conditional-checkout-fields
but the 2 additional fields don’t appear.
