Conditional Field Not Working

  • I can’t get any conditional fields to show.

    If you select “Other” under How did you hear about Art Gym?, there should be a text field that appears. Here’s the conditional logic on the text field:

    Show | How did you hear | is equal | Other

    I’ve also tried:

    Hide | How did you hear | is not equal | Other

    Nothing I try will display the new text field.

    Using 1.3.84

    Any thoughts?

    Update. Seems to work on radio buttons, but not dropdown options.

    The “Have you read the Culinary FAQs” question show a content block when selecting No.
    Show | Have you read | equals to | No

    The “How did you hear about Art Gym?” is set to:
    Show | How did you hear | is not empty | 0

    also tried (again)

    Show | How did you hear | is equal | Other

    Has anyone had this issue this before?
