We’ve been thoroughly impressed with the wpforms plugin’s capabilities while using the free version to test its functionality. Currently, we are considering upgrading to the pro plan for our project. However, we’ve encountered a challenge in achieving a specific functionality related to conditional dropdowns within the forms.

Our primary goal is to create an application form for university programs/courses, where the selections in dropdown fields dynamically affect subsequent options. For instance, upon choosing a specific university, we aim to display its available campuses in the next dropdown, followed by the display of courses available at the selected campus in a third dropdown.

We’ve explored various options within WPForms but haven’t found a straightforward way to implement this dropdown behavior upon selecting a choice. We’re reaching out to your team to seek guidance, support, or recommendations on how to achieve this functionality.

If WPForms can assist us in accomplishing this, we’re eager to proceed with purchasing the pro plan. However, if this functionality isn’t feasible within WPForms, we might have to explore alternative solutions that cater to our specific requirements.

Any insights, guidance, or support your team can offer would be immensely appreciated.

    Hi @ecoshopn,

    Thanks for reaching out!

As the conditional logic feature is part of the paid version of WPForms, could you please drop us a line through our contact page when you get the chance?

You’re welcome to just include a link to this post, if you’d prefer to do that.

I apologize that we’re not able to respond to paid version questions here in the www.remarpro.com support forums for the free version, but I really appreciate your help!

    Thanks ??

    Hi @ecoshopn,

We haven’t heard back from you in a few days, so I’m going to go ahead and close this thread for now. But if you’d like us to assist further, please feel welcome to continue the conversation.

    Thanks!
