• The conditional dropdowns feature does not work on my website even though I have “Enable conditional dropdown values” selected in BTF’s advanced settings. I have a custom post type with 2 taxonomies, and I would like the second filter dropdown options to automatically update based on the selection made in the first dropdown.

Ex. I have registered a custom post type called “Decorative Hardware,” and I have 2 taxonomies registered to the post type: ‘Finish Color’ (matte black, polished chrome, etc.) and ‘Hardware Type’ (knob, pull, hook). We don’t offer hooks in matte black, so if someone selects ‘matte black’ in the first dropdown, the ‘hook’ option should not appear in the second dropdown. Instead, all options are being displayed no matter the initial selection, and as a result empty filtered results are appearing for some combinations of type & finish that we don’t offer.

Here are the checkboxes I have selected under advanced settings:
    – Enable conditional dropdown values
    – Enable a “Clear all” link
    – Hide empty terms in the dropdowns
    – Disable the filter info modules count

I’ve seen others ask about this in earlier posts without any resolution. Any thoughts or direction to get this working?
