    Hello there,

My conditionals on my website are not working. Whenever I pick an option, the conditional either doesn’t trigger or it duplicates.

For example on my website I have a drop down called “Make” for car makes. If they pick Toyota, it has a condition to show the “Model” drop down for toyota but sometimes it shows it, sometimes it doesn’t. If I pick BMW, then pick toyota, sometimes it will show both. I have a “Model” drop down for each make, and I have a condition to change the model drop down so that it changes the contents of it based on the make. If there is a different way to go about it, I am all open ears. For reference the page is at https://www.pushdents.com/estimate-tool

    Thanks!

  • Thought this might be similar to my toggle switch problem a few posts below, so tried your form.

I couldn’t get it to do what you have experienced. Tried just about every Make and the relevant models always showed up. No duplicates (that I could spot) and it looks like the right models for each manufacturer.

Your logic of conditions seems sound to me!

Update guys, I must of done something wrong along the process.

I deleted every drop down, and every condition. Then I re-did them one by one slowly, and now it seems to work.

Thanks you guys for checking in!

    hi @markuskan,
It is amazing found your form with Caldera Forms on your mentioned website (https://www.pushdents.com/estimate-tool/)
For my similar website, I actually really need such method and conditions applied to, but seems till now I cant get it done.
Please be kind to share me the method and conditions you set on your forms (probably export your forms will be much easier to understand).

Thanks a lot for your kind help
    Cheers,
